We have two ballet programs because every dancer has individual needs, this allows us to better tailor the training we provide to our students.

Our Recreational Program is designed for students who’s focus is less about the discipline of dance and more about having fun and the relationships they create through it. In these classes, we still strive for excellence, but these are more accessible and less strict than our Syllabus Program. We may cover a broader range of styles in these classes as well, so we have less time to focus on the intricacies of ballet technique. These classes require little to no experience and the goals are to worship, have fun, work hard, and build bonds with classmates.

Our Syllabus Program is for dancers who enjoy ballet and would like the opportunity to pursue excellence in ballet technique itself. It is a progressive program, so the goal is for each student to graduate from one level to the next until they have reached an advanced level and completed the program! For this reason, it is far more strict in terms of technique and expectations, but very rewarding and fun! The focus of this program is to use the art of dance as worship and build community, all while pushing towards a long-term goal of excellent dance ability and personal growth.

Fiesta classes are unique to Steps of Faith! There is no specific dance style or technique used for them.
The word “Fiesta” means “Party”, our Fiesta classes are a mix of different dance styles used as worship in whatever way the Spirit leads. Each teacher will put a different personal spin on the style in their class, but you can count on them all being a party!

ABSOLUTELY! If you’re unsure of whether one of our classes will be a good fit for you or your child, we encourage you to come try it out without having to commit to the whole year. There is street parking on both sides of Erie St. ($2.00 / hr) Street parking is FREE after 6:00pm
There is a parking lot on the corner of Erie & Langlois. ($1.75 / hr with a 3 hr limit OR $3 flat rate after 6:00pm )
There is often free street parking available on Langlois just around the corner from us.

*Please avoid using the parking lot next to the studio by the roundabout, it is private and we have been asked NOT to park there. It is very important that we respect that request.

The required uniforms can be purchased at Dance Unlimited located at 2545 Jefferson Blvd. Windsor, ON
Our friends Diane and/or Lisa will be happy to help you with the fitting as well as finding the correct color / style for your class. Make sure to double check what you need in the “Class Dress Code” section of our “Classes” page.

We also have a selection of second-hand leotards, tights, shoes, etc. available to purchase at the studio.
The proceeds from these sales will support our scholarship program!

We have made several hair tutorials to help you! Whether you have long, thick, heavy hair, or short hair that’s tricky to work with, we have a tutorial for you!

YES! We require our dancers over the age of 3 to wear makeup for our dress rehearsal & recital. This is to ensure that their faces don’t look washed out from the stage lighting. We have made a few tutorials to show you what to do!

If you are a follower of Jesus and have training in dance, we would love to have you join us!
Our Evangelism Team meets twice a month to rehearse for ministry opportunities that will arise.

Class tuition for the full year is $680 + HST (13%)

We offer family discounts for those enrolling multiple children in classes, as well as discounts for additional classes/styles taken.

It is our firm belief that no one who wants to dance should be denied the opportunity based on finances. Scholarships/reduced rates are available based on financial needs. You can find more information on this in our “Scholarships” page.
